Hi, I’m Katie Marshall, owner of Mindful Performance Coaching (est. 2019). I am a certified personal trainer and certified prenatal and post natal fitness specialist. I went to Bellarmine University where I graduated with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition. I love ALL things movement and want people to fall in love with movement as well! I specialize in volleyball strength and conditioning, on court instruction, individualized endurance training pans, and health and wellness coaching. My motto has always been “be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire” and everyday I encourage others to do so as well. If its taking your first step to a health journey you’ve been dreaming about, or in need of accountability in the weight room, you’ve come to the right place.
